As a new renter, didn't expect to have to shovel my way in/out. This is unacceptable and dangerous to your customers. I've NEVER had this concern with PUBLIC STORAGE. I understand the inclement conditions, but CubeSmart made NO EFFORT in customer service with this matter.

The storage unit had mice and it destroyed my things. I had to throw everything away. Complete lost. Lost money and my items.
