Don't like the fact my rental went up wl2 months after me moving in. Felt like a bait and switch. Need to be more forthcoming with this and honest on your website the discou t ends in 2 months so people know what they will be paying long term.

This was truly a bait and switch. You need to be upfront with folks and tell them that the discounted promotion rate is going to end within two or three months so they can make a decision on whether that is a place they move or not. I was expecting to pay that rate for at least 12 months before there's any discussion of the rate being increased. The entire move cost me thousands of dollars so they have to move again because I'm paying higher than what I expected was not in the plan. This has given me an overall bad experience for Cubesmart. I've had plenty of other storage units in the past and never experienced anything like this before.

Very well organized, helpful great pricing and the stuff is so honest and kind the prices didn’t increase and they are true to their word highly recommend an ill be sure to use them again in the future.

On line scheduling made it easy to get a reservation. I received a confirmation call from CJ, that made me feel welcome. When I arrived in person, CJ greeted me as if she already knew me. She made it easy for me.
