I normally like CubeSmart but this location was really smelly and funky and dirty and just kind of run down.

The on‑site management team has consistently demonstrated unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful behavior, which ultimately led to my decision to leave.1. I was called “stupid” by a staff member and then hung up on.2. My unit was burglarized by someone who tunneled through the wall. I reported it immediately, and management took my key claiming they would repair the damage, but the wall was never fixed.3. I reported an issue with my roll‑up door that made it difficult to open and close. Instead of addressing it, the staff told me to “live with it” and just be careful.

I started off at $110 -115 monthly and new management kept raising the rate too high, people are struggling and you take advantage.You on site staff are great 👍,
