The only concern was the time the storage units were available.

While retrieving my possessions I noticed my unit was covered in rat feces. All my things are contaminated with rate feces and most likely urine which is a health hazard. Because the furniture were brought in the house, we now see a few of these things on the floor. Could have been transferred from the shoes of the movers from the storage to my house and some came from the furniture brought in the house. This is unacceptable.

I gave this score due to a severely unacceptable experience with my storage unit. My belongings were contaminated by rodent activity, including feces, which poses a clear health risk. Despite this, management failed to take accountability or provide appropriate support. Instead, I was told I am responsible for removing and disposing of contaminated furniture, which is unreasonable given the circumstances.There was also a lack of transparency regarding the insurance policy, and no one was able to provide me with clear information or assistance in filing a claim. Communication overall was poor, and I felt dismissed rather than supported.A storage facility should ensure a clean, secure environment and take responsibility when that standard is not met. That did not happen here. I would not recommend this facility to others.

Very clean place and friendly and polite staff and very convenient price is very reasonable

The price for the two units started out reasonable. However after a month or two the prices doubled. You took advantage of the fact that items stored cannot always be moved expeditiously. I also observed rodent droppings in my units. I spent a great deal of money in the 12 months I was there! This was a learning experience and a very big disappointment !!
