There were mice in the unit and the management wouldn't do anything to correct it. Poor sanitation conditions.

The facility had moths, I saw larvae on my stuffs more than twice, even on my mattress that was secured with plastic. On the day of moving out, there were rat dropping in the unit (which I took photos of). The facility is extremely cold even in the winter time. The heat was never turned on even on the days I moved out my things, it was so cold my finger got cut and I didn't even feel it how cold my fingers were and toes also. The hours of operation not conducive at all. The previous employees were a bit rude nothing to be alarming about, however, this new manager's attitude can be ignorant and childish.

They increased my bill by $103 after about 4 months and then said that they couldn’t do anything about it, even though they tell you to come in to speak about it during the sign up process. I asked what goes into a price increase and couldn’t be told. Yet with that increase didn’t come any better service or maintenance, If i can barely access the carts to help move my stuff and the elevators barely work or get stuck is it really to better maintain the property? Secondly, the unit, is a 10x15 on the 3rd floor, then when i compare the price of my unit to a slightly bigger unit on a lower floor with the price lower than mine and i ask if it’s possible to switch, i was given the run around answer that it was a promotional price for new customers and that because I was already an existing customer, it may not be at that price for me. Is this how we treat long standing customers?
