They don’t know how to treat locals

The woman who rented me the storage unit was incredible. She was kind, smart and very professional.The unit was clean.

Cube Smart Vero was so new and clean I feel spoiled now going to another Cube Smart, but since I chose them again now in Tampa I guess that proves my score of Very Likely to recommend them. My mom and I would always work in the other unit together and we had also used Vero Beach Storage and Public Storage Vero but there was no comparison. Public Storage Vero was awful and had awful service. Vero Beach Storage was nice but had awful service (their toilet had a sign asking us to flush it twice - that was there for 2+ years). They let me schedule another unit online but upon realizing it was me, intentionally gave me another unit so far away I chose not to get another there. Cube Smart Vero is right next to the police station which helped me feel secure, and it was brand new and huge. Nice service there too. They also promptly called me any time there was a payment issue, like when I lose my credit card and had to get a new number. Thank you.

Too expensive

Terrible. Had a leak in my unit that ruined some things and I wasn’t reimbursed nor was the leak ever fixed but they can consistently increase the monthly rate!

Very nice facility, We utilized the covered RV storage which kept the camper cooler and protected against the sun's rays. Shade coverage was good. The staff was very friendly.
