Clean, lighted, climate controlled and great MUSIC playing throughout the facility. Employees extremely helpful and efficient!

Agent promised to get back to me about charging after vacating my unit. Never did. Also your pricing is deceptive.Never mentioned that we have to buy our own lock or that insurance was mandatory. A $45 rental fee turned into $68 monthly. I checked around the Vero Beach area since. There are better storage places.

The property feels safe. Well fenced and security gate code. Clean. Never any "mess". Never, ever saw a bug. The a/c is the best. Always cool. No mold/mildew. Office staff very pleasant. Would recommend and if I ever need extra space I would rent from Cube Smart.

The prices are extremely inflated, and the staff does not check the drop box before making calls for payments.

Ease of use..

Hard to reach anyone by phone or to get a call back. Do I get a refund if I leave early? Never mentioned.
