It was a pleasant experience to use Cube Smart for temperature controlled storage. The management people were completely helpful. I highly recommend their facility on N Navarro.

My unit was broken into at some point during the last 30 days or so. The manager did not bother to call me on the actual day that she noticed the lock missing from my unit. According to her, she noticed it on 5/25/26 (Memorial Day). By coincidence, I happened to visit the unit on 5/26/26 to get something out of it and noticed a different lock (not mine) was on my unit. I went to the office and was told by an assistant manager that the manager on the previous day 5/25/26 noticed my unit did not have a lock on it so she secured it with a CubeSmart lock (which I appreciate).My complaint is that the manager did not contact me on the actual day that this event was noticed. I only received a call AFTER I notified the office that I was locked out of my unit. I don’t believe the manger’s story that she noticed the break-in late on Monday 5/25/26 and simply forgot to call me.Unfortunately, I cannot determine if anything is missing because I did not create an inventory list when I leased the unit. I won't make that mistake again and I won't be using CubeSmart for any of my future storage needs.

Convenient location, Controlled access and helpful staff.

Great experience when initially signing a lease with Chanel. All of our interactions with her were informative and courteous. The only reason for not assigning a 10 was I noticed the man gate was in disrepair. While I understand that maintenance is constant work, I expect my personal items at your facility are protected and monitored.

The cleanliness of the units, never no problems. Secured with a code. Never had worry about anything when it came to our unit. It was in good hands.

No complaints. Hours worked well with my schedule convenient location. Never any issues
