Most of our items were compromised by yout facilities being rat,& mice, and alot of our boxes were also water damaged. We filed a claim for compensation, but your contract clauses ruled it out;not to mention I was forced to take your rental insurance even though I already have rental insurance. When we opened the door, we saw a rat running across our stuff, up the wall & into the storage unit next us. I will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND anyone to u. Do better!

Affordable Price, Efficient and Great Communication

I got my reservations mixed up and Kathie fixed it. in the computer and sent us to the right location after Google maps sent us to a church. When we got to the right location on Guy Grant Valerie was amazing. She explained everything perfectly and it ended up being cheaper than we actually thought it was going to be.
