The employees are very polite. They offer to help if needed. The units were clean and easy to get into. The premises was immaculate. I felt my belongings were safe. Thanks to the CubeSmart team !!!!

Was paying more then 110 a month for a closest size container went elsewhere and pay 65 dollars a month for a 10×10

The location the manager is rude disrespectful unprofessional . The facility is not kept trash and debris everywhere. The unit that I was renting my unit price was raised without me getting any notice and management knowing that I didn't get any notice. Then when I brought to Management's attention that I looked online and the same unit was going for $45 cheaper than what I was paying for the same size they didn't do anything to try to compromise with price matching price matching
