Great management at the Victorville/Amargosa location. Good price 6 years ago, not so great today. We paid annually for 13 months time. Long-term price reduction incentives work well for us.Cost-effective improvements to attract tenants would be an outside bathroom for the tenants, dumpster for the tenants, outside water faucets, roof vents for the non-climate-controlled units, and inside electrical with LED ceiling lights. I was never familiar with the security system, but 24-7 cameras with long-term storage looking down the aisles is what tenants want. Also, a combination of card and code access is far more secure than code-only access as the facility has today.Also, live-on Managers is a big plus for tenants worried about security. This location came with very able onsite managers who did not live onsite. Working hours were limited.

If you’re far from the area and cannot visit often the storage - for the purpose of storing your belongings, prepare to have your unit be broken into. No one seems to check to make sure the units remain secure. Perhaps invest in closed curcuit TV for monitoring at least? To deter theft

I believe I was there 2 years, I have not. Had a single problem, services were amazing my storage didnt collect any dust. 10/10 i will most definitely come back when needed
