Very easy to setup. Easy to manage. Friendly people

Whomever owns or runs this location, couldn’t care less what’s wrong with the place, as long as they get your money. I sliced my pinky on the door handle, of the door that lead to our unit, I reported it and NOTHING was done. There is MOLD in the front office, which has never been removed, just wiped down. They raised the rental fee right after we agreed on our monthly amount. They have been rude and ignored our request since day one. There is now a sign posted on the door, reading ‘Door Damaged Please use other door temporarily’ it’s been broken for over a year! Temporarily is a lie! ALL they care about is the money! I’m letting the world know about them all over social media platforms!

Apparently I signed up for a month free but was charged. Never moved in, they contacted me informing me that my next month was about to be due, even tho I didn't move in. But over text, they simply stated "we don't do refunds".. before I even inquired. It was rude and honestly suspicious, because clearly they're not being very clear on their advertisements. Yes I know, I'm sure it's in the fine print somewhere, but how common is this company for their first response was "we don't do refunds"... so i highly don't recommend bc if this was the way they wanted to handle anything before I ever had a chance to ask question... that's bad business.

Because I had been paying on time not missing a payment and then out of nowhere my price went up as it didn’t state my price would change or they didn’t tell me my price would go up so I moved out and that’s why you guys got this review

Great customer service, helpful on answering my questions to storage size and availability. Signing up was easy, unit is passcode entry and monitored. Climate controlled area is easy to move belongings in and out of.

1. The app is great, you can open/close the gates and pay your rent. The staff was super friendly as well!!

Staff was very nice and courteous and very helpful through the process.

The process was very quick and easy, and Misty at the office was very nice and helpful with any problems I needed solved. I would recommend this storage place if anyone ever asked me about it for sure
