I liked the clean unit, clean restroom, clean facility, excellent security, live person (employee) on site, and though I never used it you offer customers a moving van to use. That's a wow factor.

You charged for extra days past the rental term, even though we vacated the space one week prior to the end of the rental term.Your bogus charge was put on a card that you were not authorized to use, that is fraudulent.Rental rate was increased within months of starting the rental. Elevators were too often not working.Employees are not customer friendly.
