Cube Smart in Vienna is spotless, well-lit and the staff ---both Christian and Mimi always very accommodating and have a smile to greet you! I highly recommend for anyone who needs extra space.

Convienient and very nice site manager

The facility itself was great. Clean, secure, and updated.My low rating is due to the customer service at this location. In trying to close out my account, I cleaned the unit and notified the front desk I needed to close it. The worker told me that I’d get an email by COB that day once he had done a walkthrough. He was nice. But I never got it. So I tried calling the location within the week. Both times I called I got the voicemail so I left a message for a call back. I never got one. After a week of waiting I decided to go in to talk to someone directly. The woman I talked to was condescending and rude. I simply asked if I could verify my account was closed and she asked me “Didn’t think to call first?” It shouldn’t matter, but particularly upset me given I had actually called and no one followed up. Nonetheless, I asked if I could get a email confirmation that it was closed. She looked up my account and said I received an email that my account was closed out, but I had not. She said multiple times that I got it. Even if I had, all I was asking for in that moment was another confirmation to ensure I wasn’t charged for the next month. I then asked to confirm that I was not going to be recharged for my account when the automatic payment date came. She responded to the effect of “well if your account is closed then you won’t be charged.” Again unhelpful and indirect. I was simply trying to confirm that I would not be charged again.All in all she was unfriendly and rude. I’m not one to usually share feedback, but she was difficult to work with given the simple request and questions I had, and her customer service was severely lacking. I wasn’t going to leave any feedback until that happened but I don’t think anyone else should be treated that way either.

Rent on month of move out is not prorated. Basically stole 100 dollars from me
