Mimi, the person who helped us, was fantastic; her customer service is excellent. We have rented two spaces, and both interactions with Mimi were great. It is back to the good old days, where you talk to a person and get a great in-person interaction vs chatbots.Mimi even provided advice on storing things and ways to go about doing things, it was not just about getting us set-up with a space
