The facility is very clean and seems to be very secure. The online rental and move-in process is quick and simple. The staff/management is very responsive' friendly and professional.

I had a great experience with this storage facility. I would definitely give them a 10/10. The customer service was awesome, and the staff was always helpful and professional whenever I had questions. They were patient, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth. I really appreciate the support and would recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

Moving from NY to GA was no easy task but our Cubesmart salesperson, Mandy @ the Mirror Lakes, Villa Rica location, made the entire process as seamless as possible for us. She was kind, polite, patient with my very many questions and handled my issues with a top-notch level of professionalism.The storage facility was clean, appeared to be safe, with security cameras placed about the grounds and our unit was very easily accessible.My experience with Cubesmart Storage gets a 5 out of 5 stars
