Too many price hikes. Not a good value. I found a larger storage space at half the price and much closer to home. Your location is difficult to enter and leave. You should have a back entrance gate.

The store manager was a delight and accommodating when I realized I originally requested a too small unit. She was able to upgrade my request with ease.

Very clean

It was very convenient to use the storage unit. Great security to get in and out of the gate. The rates were better than others, although it did go up after the 2nd month more than I thought it would. The unit was clean and I only found 1 water bug when the others I looked at had many.

Very easy to work with and the availability of different size units made the last minute need for storage an easy task.

Your prices seem to have risen above some competitors. Witness the sudden rise in the price of cube 104 which I was using. As soon as you took over that site, it went up over $90 per month.

Friendly and great customer service

It was run much better before. I am not happy with the way they treat you and more when you’re trying to pay your bill. I normally always paid my bill on time and if I didn’t, I was always able to make up payments. Plus when it was taken over and the new charges were lower on new rentals I was still charged at the old rate and basically was screwed over.

The rent is high. I’ve been renting a space for a while now and the rent just kept going up and up. I understand inflation, but when a new facility open down the street and offers me a unit at 1/3 the price you are, it’s a no brainer for me. Btw, I asked for a reduction in rent and did not hear back from the store manager.
