Great customer service and prices are decent. Lucy was amazing and the process was very easy. I recommend this place.

Some of my items were damaged due to mold which I would not of expected for paying extra to have climate control. Had a few problems with the owner of the units that use to be next to me as I could not access my unit due to his stuff blocking my unit. Management did finally take care of the problem.

The storage units are terrible. They're filthy, there was foam/dirt on my belongings every time I went to the storage unit. There were waterbugs in my things, it was just a terrible unit.
