The rent kept increasing. The size of the unit I had was advertised on the website for less than $100 per month and I was paying over $200 per month.

I love this storage it was very quiet and the employees are really helpful and pleasant to talk to. This is my second time renting a storage unit and this will be the only storage I will use for the next times around. I tell all my family and friends to go to cube storage.

Was disappointed how pricing was increased so fast after being there for about a year. Went from about $130.00 to $300.00, just crazy! I feel as if it was a trap. Any way after comparing and moving to another local storage facilities, for same size unit now im saving $170.00 a month. Disappointed in didn't do this months ago.

For the smallest storage unit it was way to expensive!!!!

I barely paid my storage in advance and I had only 1wk and I moved my things out and wasn’t given a refund for the rest of weeks I didn’t use it. I gave notice about a couple of days that I had found an apt and was moving my things out.

This location of CubeSmart is TERRIBLE. Filthy, lack of customer service from beginning to end. They are currently painting it but that will not be enough of an upgrade. The walls of the units are cardboard...literally held together with tape. Therefore nothing is clean. Try calling the office...no one EVER answers the phone or voicemails. I have used CubeSmart in other states and it was great but I mistakenly booked this one online without viewing it in person. What a MISTAKE!!
