storage door was very hard to open. asked for over 6 months to have it fixed or replaced

Place needs major updates or maintenance of sort. When I arrived it's not clear which is your storage unit. First thing I noticed keypad to enter it's not accessible unless you get off vehicle to enter the pin on the opposite side from the drivers. The entrance is very small. I was pulling a trailer. part of the trailer was sticking out into the very busy Street. So I was trying to hurry get off my vehicle enter the pin jump back in and get out of traffic. Second thing buildings and unit numbers are not clearly marked. actually spent about 20-30 minutes find to find my unit. The far North building didn't even have on the building letter bit corosponded to. I assumed it was mine and I parked the trailer in that area. The rest of the time I got off my vehicle and was walking around trying to find the letter F. I didn't see any maps of sports that I could see to spot the building. While on that building on the west side of the buildings there's no repetition of what letter number is for that building. For the one that is unmarked it there was actually blue painters tape with handwriting to label the numbers. Something that can easily fall off I would assume. Once I found my unit, door was difficult to open the latch and rolling door don't align. Has a missing strap of sorts so if you were to roll the door all the way up I don't have to be getting a ladder to grab the door to bring it back down. I did however like the high ceilings gives potential for storage. Fair pricing. I think the biggest one for me is the small entrance and no keypad next to driver side. I had an issue where my code don't want to work when I arrived at 9:30 closing being at 10. I resolved it the next day but again I had a trailer I was pulling. I had to blindly back out my trailer into busy traffic. I did see the emergency number posted on the gate but I don't really know what you consider an emergency and I wasn't sure if support would even have a way to me get in remotely. I was later told when I resolved issue that I could be helped with that issue. I assumed an emergency would consist of being locked in not locked out.

The Storage was great and easy to access. The staff was very friendly and helpfull signing up. The price was fair but I did have bugs in my stuff when I moved out.

Familiarity , I like the location, I also like to see the Manager on site, just in case I need help with something. I really liked that my things were stored here.
