the process online was super easy. But what I really liked is that I was contacted by a real person and gave me directions and answered all my questions. Also, another girl contacted me to let me know she had left my lock inside the unit and if I needed anything else to let them know.

My monthly has gone up significantly over the last 2 years. I started out paying a little over $200… to gradually around $375/month. I get a notice in February that my new monthly will be $409. I look at the same storage unit from the same place and the REGULAR non promotional price is around $370. So I will be paying more than the regular price for a unit I was regularly paying for for almost 3 years. I can see how valued I am as a customer.
