Too many price hikes

The facility is great, but the price doubled in a year. We couldn't justify spending over $100 on the smallest unit offered.

The Unit we rented was clean, convenient to get into, and reasonably priced. The administration in the office were always professional, called us right away if they saw something unusual, and were extremely helpful.

Even though I think it is very greedy to increase the rental price of your storages each and every year by what I consider an unreasonable amount, especially for those who have been with you a long time, and then turn around and give a discount to a new customer is unwarranted. Your customer service inside the W. Vista Way office is second to none. Both employees are excellent that I have worked with and Wendy especially is kind, courteous, and very accurate and good at what she does. She needs a raise. Thank you and consider not increasing your rental prices so frequently. At that point, I would rate you with a 10, Patricia Steger.
