I have paid for storage for 6 years now. When I first started in 2020, rent was $260 /month. When I vacated same unit in April 2025, rent had increased to $775. So about 300%, for never missing a payment, keeping everything clean in my area, never a complaint, being a great tenant to CubeSmart. You don't punish good long term renters and then expect me to recommend you to anyone do you? the process online was super easy. But what I really liked is that I was contacted by a real person and gave me directions and answered all my questions. Also, another girl contacted me to let me know she had left my lock inside the unit and if I needed anything else to let them know.
