They go above and beyond to help and very friendly. I had to move to a smaller unit last Wednesday and they made it very easy for me and I saved some money!

I needed to sign my lease in the office as I already had a lock.I drove 2 hours from my home to get there and was earlier than the listed time the office was due to open. 15 minutes before that listed time I saw someone in the office. I waved to her from my car. She waved back smiling and got up to let me in. Wendy was so friendly and was not upset about having to start immediately. She was so helpful with information and explained the entire process of getting me into my unit. As a business owner myself I was so impressed with this employee as I know you don’t always have the luck in finding good employees these days.

Secure, clean, staff on site 24/7, well lit, reasonable rates. There are many storage places to chose from, and pros and cons to each. We try to lessen the cons and uplift the pros!

I had a good experience with the staff. Nice and helpful. They were accomodaing with finding the cheapest unit in an area that worked for me. The facility was easy to access.

Your customer service at Vista Way in Oceanside is excellent! One of the girls named Wendy at the front desk should get a raise! She is fabulous and the other gentleman who I did not catch his name also very polite. What happened to the good old days of keeping a customer because they’ve been there a long time instead of turning over Constant raises to get rid of them? I probably should put you on a rating of about a five for this, but I really like the office people. This has been the reason I only give you an eight of 10 is because you raise your rent way too often!! you would think you would do people who are there for a long period of time, a favor and you should run a survey and see if you could offer a discount. Not price them right out of being able to rent from you. Your facility there in Oceanside is also very clean. Patricia
