Because you offer 1 month free but then charge me more for the first month than the normal price and forceing me to get insurance makes me feel like my things are not safe there I came for the deal and have not received received one

When I started with Cube Smart, I paid $260 per month, and my last rate before moving out was over $500. It appears that CubeSmart's primary goal is to gather as much money as possible from it's customers.
