The person at the front desk didn't informed me that i had to buy my own lock in order to be refundable the lock price and when i moved out i went to the office and he said he moved me out and that i was going to receive an email which i never did!

Dominic was very helpful and professional, but the physical condition of the units was not the greatest. Leaks, etc.

After several rather large rate increases we could no longer use your storage facilities. We used it to store gifts that we donated to a 501C charity (Samaritan’s Purse - Operation Christmas Child) and spending just under $6k for rent impacts my ability to purchase gifts for children.

The whole on-line process was so simple! I was able to move in at a date of my own choosing and the unit was waiting with a padlock provided for a nominal fee. I would definitely recommend this facility! Dominic and Cass are so helpful, answering any questions I might have!

It was easy to contact the manager and the office staff had been very helpful and pleasant.

Dominic and Cass make all my rentals a breeze! I love this facility! It is well maintained!
