Dominic was very helpful and professional, but the physical condition of the units was not the greatest. Leaks, etc.

After several rather large rate increases we could no longer use your storage facilities. We used it to store gifts that we donated to a 501C charity (Samaritan’s Purse - Operation Christmas Child) and spending just under $6k for rent impacts my ability to purchase gifts for children.

The whole on-line process was so simple! I was able to move in at a date of my own choosing and the unit was waiting with a padlock provided for a nominal fee. I would definitely recommend this facility! Dominic and Cass are so helpful, answering any questions I might have!

It was easy to contact the manager and the office staff had been very helpful and pleasant.

Great customer service. Unit was as described, easy access and the app worked great to get access in and out of the unit.Price jumped over $100 within a 5months due to average price increase within the area. This could have been explained at initial time of signing.
