The customer service reps are very nice and very helpful. The in store process was easy and helpful. I was able to pay six months in advance to lock into the promotional rate. The unit is nice and clean and the facility is very close to where I live. The elevator is very large and very nice also.I expect the rate will increase a few times after the promotion, but it started pretty low, so I am prepared and it should be manageable.

The facility was clean and well lit. Staff very friendly. Prices were reasonable.
