Great gate access, friendly informative staff. Unaware of rodent poison pellets put in unit; This caused the rodent to die in the unit (signs of what it went through were apparent). Timer for light set for approximately 5 seconds, this causes the light continuously cut off while moving items.

The facility is beautiful and conveniently located right around the corner from my home, which is a major plus. Every unit has motion-sensor lighting, and that added safety and convenience really stands out. Andrew and Andy have been very helpful and communicative. So far, it has been a great experience.
