Andrew - the GM at the CubeSmart in Rolesville/Wake Forest was super helpful throughout the process. The moving into the units was easy with locks provided, plus added insurance. He also helped out the movers providing access with open doors/units, cold water and the units were very clean upon entry.

The unit was very clean. But I was very upset when the rates was increased by more than 50% after a few months. More moderate, annual increases would be more appropriate and less likely to alienate lessees.

The staff was very helpful. The garage is very clean. The app is easy to use.
