Place is nice, neat, clean. Easy access to the units, especially with the cubesmart app.

The customer service was excellent, the facility is very clean and reasonably priced.

Clean, easy access but the price was raised by $20 per month 3 months after start. The customer service personnel are superior here but have no control over pricing.

Penny is amazing. She had things organized and ready. It was such an easy process.

Your price on line is not a true representation of what you’re going to pay when you reserve on line to when you move in. When reserved on line the total was roughy $65 for a 5x10 that fee included all your fees. Once at the storage unit that price became $93. I got the hook so to speak. No explanation.
