The rates went up too much too fast. The management was unwilling to work with me when my checks were mailed with different dates. They wouldn't even try to deposit the checks. They were downright rude when it came to trying to work with them on payments while I was on the road.

The price for the unit kept on going up. It became to expensive. Also not to give any refund when moving out of unit ..paying a full month 4 storage and moved out with 2 weeks left.

We wanted to talk to someone re the late fee n to my surprise there was no one to talk to re rent past years n how I paid a year in advance. I happened to be 3 days late n the reason was they had my wrong email therefore never received a notice other than that people working were nice

Because I was with cube smart for 15 years and I was grandfathered in and then they never notified me and they went up on my payment. And the girl at the office and her manager had no consideration for my issue they just blew me off and the girl in the office wouldn’t return my calls. Then when I sent Marlene in to get the receipt for the closing out of the unit that same girl JENN interrupted Marlene talking to KYLE and Marlene said to Jenn I’m not talking to you and then JENN kept interrupting Marlene & Kyle meanwhile Jenn had 2 customers at her desk while she was interrupting them and she also had another customer waiting, then as Marlene was leaving she was saying stuff to Marlene and when Marlene was at the door talking to Kyle Jenn said to Marlene a few times get out pointing to the door, Marlene came out shaking because as she was leaving she said to Jenn I’m leaving and I’m leaving because of you and when Marlene said that Jenn started to come around her desk and Marlene came out saying that she honestly felt threatened like Jenn was going to attack her, Marlene & I have had a storage unit at this location for 15 years and everyone that worked there before her had the utmost respect as we had for them, we never missed a payment and kept our storage area spotless and when we took our stuff out we cleaned it & had Kyle come up & inspect it, It’s bad enough she did that to Marlene but to act like that in front of three customers is unbelievable, we are not looking to get anyone fired but that girl needs classes on how to treat customers, sincerely very disappointed customers
