Your rates are criminal. You raise them regularly out of evil. Your billing penalties are criminal. You once kidnapped me by locking me into the parking lot for over an hour. Your building constantly fails in various ways. The operations aren't even convenient and cause disasters to happen when moving property. The fact that you force your management to treat its customers like sworn enemies in the war for capitalism deserves extreme penalty of personal pain to the owners of your miserable anti-human corporation. In short, we all hope you all have miserable lives in perpetuity, as you are prone to making your customers have.

Love my unit! I just think the storage unit business should change it up a bit.If you stay longer you should pay less and it was the opposite.

Everything was clean organized and prepared. Kudos to the people that do the preparation.

I rented a 5’x5’ storage unit on line. When I went to load items into it for the first time I realized that it was not a 5’x5’ unit, but was a pie shaped (3 sided) unit. Half of the area was unusable. I have to wait till next week to speak with the property manager. I am not able to use this storage space . This is a blatant example of false advertising.I am looking forward to see how the management handles this mess.
