Frequent and significant increases in rent. Breach of contract by charging late fees earlier than contractually agreed upon. The only positive thing about my experience with cubesmart is the staff at the facility are great.

The manager at this location is amazing and very helpful to get everything ready for a holiday move in. my brother in law who did the move said the building was very nice.

To clarify, I am not totally leaving CubeSmart, but am downsizing the size of my unit as I move into my new apartment. I do want to say that throughout my 4 months with CubeSmart I have had great service and help from the Supervisor, Christine.

Basically - the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Rude employees who hang up on you on phone calls, district manager who doesn’t reply to emails or calls, frequent lock outs despite no missed payments ever for two years. They even locked me in the garage on my last day, for 25 minutes. I wouldn’t give these people a mop job. They stink. Sorry.
