Very convenient and reasonable price

Christine was very helpful and thorough in explaining rules and procedures.

CubeSmart was easy to reserve and get started. The only thing I found issue with was trying to contact someone at the location via phone when calling all day. Even after leaving a message, I never received a call back.

Parking is rough. AND, there was someone LIVING in a unit diagonal to mine. I would think there would be more monitoring to detect that. They had food too which creates a hazard.

Very easy process and very accessible.Not 10 because facilities do not allow easy access for trailers.

Rental process was easy, discount rate for 6 months was good, and facility itself was very clean and safe. I would have liked if there were an online process for notifying them that my unit had been vacated at the end of the expected contract period, but they called back soon after Ileft a telephone message and promptly sent an email confirming that they had checked the unit.

The lady is very professional
