To clarify, I am not totally leaving CubeSmart, but am downsizing the size of my unit as I move into my new apartment. I do want to say that throughout my 4 months with CubeSmart I have had great service and help from the Supervisor, Christine.

Basically - the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Rude employees who hang up on you on phone calls, district manager who doesn’t reply to emails or calls, frequent lock outs despite no missed payments ever for two years. They even locked me in the garage on my last day, for 25 minutes. I wouldn’t give these people a mop job. They stink. Sorry.

CubeSmart was easy to reserve and get started. The only thing I found issue with was trying to contact someone at the location via phone when calling all day. Even after leaving a message, I never received a call back.

Parking is rough. AND, there was someone LIVING in a unit diagonal to mine. I would think there would be more monitoring to detect that. They had food too which creates a hazard.
