I went there twice and both customer service representatives were amazing.. one was Michael..not sure of the ladies name. She had long braids. Both were amazing.

I called and told them all of my stuff was out of my unit and that I needed to find the one key and was told not to bother with it.

Your company ROBBED me!! I had the $$ to pay by 12noon June 3 auction deadline but was told at 10:30am CASH only. Not me nor anyone else could pay with a card because I'm trash. Hate this storage company and management running it.

Pricing

When I first rented the unit, the monthly rate was on the higher side, but it was still reasonable considering the size and that it was an indoor, climate-controlled space. However, CubeSmart imposed two substantial rate increases within the past 12 months. With increases happening this frequently, I no longer have confidence that the cost will remain stable, and there is no way to know how much higher the rate could climb over the next year.I have since moved to another storage facility that offers the same size climate-controlled unit at a significantly lower rate. While they may eventually raise their prices as well, I am currently saving $97 per month, which made the decision to move on an easy one.
