The unit did what it needed to do. Climate control was on-point. Best of all I never had to deal with anyone in person.

My unit 1212 has a very poor floor.

Good price, clean, very nice and helpful staff. I like the times that they are open. The bins have easy access . They have a lot of video cameras which makes the place secure.

The threat of the price increase WHENEVER. That's not right. Once a year a small increase.

From start to finish the facility employees were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.If I need there services in the future I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Rate was jacked up after a couple of months with no explanation, knew someone there who had water damage and cube smart didn’t cover it, they were out over $1500.00 , I visible saw the damage an we couldn’t figure out where the water came in from especially since it was in the middle of the building.Forced to carry insurance but it’s useless because you deny everything.
