I felt that I had been explained the totality of the service and protection Cubesmart had to offer. The price was right for the unit I was interested in, and its location was perfect. I was impressed with the office manager as well. It seemed to me that he possessed technical skills not usually found in other storage facilities. I have been in the same facility for ten or so years and have learned that management actually pertains directly to the success or failure of the business. I am very happy to be part of the Cubesmart family.

You cannot keep customers if you give them a price and state it's not introductory and then raise prices 2 times in 3 months. Sad that company trust gets ruined by this sort of thing.

I was told the monthly rent was $60 monthly for my unit, but was not the case when I actually did the paperwork. They have a weird way of telling you that the first month is free, but with all the admin fees etc, it was still over $60 monthly. How can you give 1 month free, when there is no limit on how long you sign up for a unit? Then the monthly charge comes out to $86.00. False information provided when I toured the facility. They also automatically charged me for a lock of their choice of $20. The facility is new and clean. My second trip to drop stuff off, the back door security lock was not

The staff at the Wantage, NJ location are rude, inconsiderate, and just don’t care. I didn’t realize I had one day to move my things about before I was charged for another month. I asked for a few hours extension after the last day and I get they have rules but the staff didn’t apologize or say sorry we can’t. No, they told me I should have known the price was going up. Didn’t even answer my request for a few extra hours. And then I was told by multiple reps from customer service that I had until the end of access hours of the last day to remove my things but the staff here told me no that I had to remove it by 6 pm, their office hours and the the representatives don’t know what they’re talking about. Even the district manager said I had until end of access hours. Honestly, the entire staff at that location should be fired for how horrible the place is run and how they treat people.

This is the first time renting a storage unit . I went online reviewed some prices and then gave cube smart a call . The person who assisted me on the phone was great very pleasant and guided me through the process. When I arrived at the location the unit provided to me had a support beam in it and with what I needed to put in the unit this would have created an issue . I went to the front desk to see if I could switch units and or upgrade in size and the gentleman at the store seemed annoyed at the price that I was given online and said if we had to move the unit he could no honor all the discounts that were provide to me online. He was also not very pleasant . I stayed in the unit that was given to me with the support beam because I was in the middle of my move . Moving is a stressful situation , being a single mom moving certainly adds to the stress. The person I dealt with definitely added to my stress. I would not recommend anyone to the Cube Smart in Wantage based on my experience when I arrived at the facility.
