One of the main gates was broken the entire time I had the storage unit. So in 8 months they somehow never managed to fix that.

The process getting the unit was very easy and the process leaving was also easy.

Filthy facility .Only 1 out of 4 loading doors are in working condition .No public restroom, they keep it locked for employees only yet they provide paying customers with a nasty portable potty .In the winter months no one shovels .The pot holes leading to the facility are horrendous.The cameras don’t record .Never felt safe here .Staff is hardly ever present .

It clean and indoors. Customer service was great. Getting my storage was easy.

The only two garage doors to enter the entire warehouse are constantly broken. One has been broken for well over a year, leaving only one entry point for everyone who goes there.
