The customer service was great. Barbara Copell is a professional a d friendly representative of your company and was extremely helpful. The reason I gave a 5 is because I only had the storage unit for 3 months and the rent was raised $40.00. That disappointed me, so I literally cleared out my unit. I felt like you baited and switched me with the monthly price, then raised it hoping I wouldn't clear out all my stuff. I felt like your company doesn't have integrity, so I went elsewhere.
