I had many issues with the cubesmart I rented at. The fact that the protection program does not cover flooding from the bottom is NUTS. They asked me to film my storage unit in the rain after I moved out, it was a whole mess and I had to throw a lot out. However, once I moved units I didn't have issues. It was a cheaper cubesmart and you get what you pay for. But ultimately, I probably would not go back to THIS cubesmart location.

it was very hard to get ahold of someone in the office, my calls were not returned, the gate was opened on multiple occasions. when i called to tell them i was clearing out my unit and to cancel my service, it wasn’t done. i know this because someone there noticed the unit was empty and called me.

Sure I should have lodged a complaint against the office. I left a voicemail telling them I'm moving on the 13th. They had to payfor a full Month. As I was moving the lady in the office was watching her like I was going to steal something out of my storage unit. She was riding around like she was the police, instead of doing her job in the office and taking pictures.I ask her to give me a call back because I wanted to ask a couple of questions. Number one: where do you dispose of the items you don't want. She watched my movers dispose of some items, didn't say one word to them and started taking pictures, then told me there going to bill me $150. How many people do they get like that in a years time, instead of telling people you can't put that there.That's a whole scam and it sad. Very unprofessional

Facility at Miles Road was in process of replacing human caretaker with kiosk during the five months or so I was renting. Front gate worked only two times (out of the 50 or so visits I made), so exterior of my unit was always accessible to public, through the exit gate which was always open... except for the several days they were paving the lot (with no advance notice) and the lot was roped off, preventing me from driving up to access my unit. Phoning during ofc hours was hit or miss, voice messages were hardly ever returned. Over the last couple months, caretakers have been sitting in their cars outside the office - I suppose because it's so hot in the office. Phoning Cubesmart's main number is a bot.

I have called several times and cannot get anyone on the line. Apparently I rented space C00073 and there is no space. After coming there 2 times searching the entire premise where is my space?? Not only could I not find my space the facility is filthy and very unsecure. I really just want my money back and no one returns your calls. Just an awful experience start to finish.

My bill is due on June 1st and I'm moving my belongings out on the 13th of June, you would think they would prorate the rent. Why do I have to pay for a whole month.
