rude terrible customer service

You can't reach anyone in the office, the grounds are filthy and it unsecure. Don't rent here!

The only concern that I had was the pricing. The pricing for the 5x9 unit starting out was affordable, but with the cost of living I understand the cost increases yearly. I just think the costs for 5x9 units need to come down partially. Other than the pricing, I had no issues. Thank you all for completing business with me!

Prices went up too much. Gate was broke.

Hard to talk to someone in office and my lock was tampered with and they tried to charge me to replace it because they don't have cameras in the area of my storage room

Owed me credit never followed up or contacted me kept charging after I informed the hotline and property I had vacated my unit

They took very good care of the property and was excellent and friendly when I need answers to questions. The price was reasonable for the space.

This storage facility is very poorly maintained. The gates are always broken, allowing access to anyone and causing traffic issues when trying to enter and exit through the same opening. When it rains, puddles form at the entrance to storage units, making it hard to enter. Nothing is done to fix the issues, but the storage fees are consistently increasing. When you express your concerns to the onsite staff, they just simply tell you to go elsewhere and informs you that upper management does not care about your complaints.
