The service was good, but the location became a problem. To far away.

The storage facility was clean and everything moved smoothly very accessible!

I already had a storage and when I got another one I thought it had been finalized as you guys already had my credit card info etc. So we started moving in and “Dan” came to us and treated us like criminals for not realizing I didn’t sign the contract. It was an honest mistake on my part but he treated me and my dad very bad raising his voice etc. I’ve never been treated that way in my life so that was not a pleasant interaction with an employee.

Dan and his staff were very professional. They were the epitome of professionalism.
