The facility is very clean, and staff, very friendly. One thing I may suggest is if the policy for the truck rental has changed, you may want to let the person renting a unit know. I rented here before and the policy was one use for free either at move in or move out. Only other use is on a first come basis and has a fee. When I moved out I wanted to use the truck and was told that was only for move in and have to be done 7 days after the contract began. Policy changed and I was not made aware.
