Customer service was excellent. Price is a little high and would be better if it was more affordable.

The entire experience was pleasant. The ease to reserve the unit, enter the unit made for a great experience.

Facility was very clean. It was easily accessible, and I loved that the restroom was around the corner for my unit. It was very it was very convenient for me to come there.

Too man spiders, crickets, beetles and lizards getting in to unit.

Brandi is awesome to work with and made the move in and move out process easy.

The facility is very clean, and staff, very friendly. One thing I may suggest is if the policy for the truck rental has changed, you may want to let the person renting a unit know. I rented here before and the policy was one use for free either at move in or move out. Only other use is on a first come basis and has a fee. When I moved out I wanted to use the truck and was told that was only for move in and have to be done 7 days after the contract began. Policy changed and I was not made aware.
