Easy process

The staff members are helpful, pleasant and courteous. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I would definitely use this facility again in the future if needed and will recommend to friends and family.

I was perfectly happy with the service for the first several months, and in fact intended to move things out more slowly than I did, but the price was increased by over 20%. I requested it be taken back down and explained I would be in for another month if they would. I was told by corporate offices that that could only be done at the local office, and the local office told me it was a corporate decision that they couldn't change. So I left and made sure that you wouldn't get the additional month of rent

The storage unit was advertised as climate-controlled, but much of what was stored had huge amounts of mildew.Additionally, the cost of storage increased inordinately every year until I decided to discontinue.
