The associate was very responsive, explained things succinctly, and provided information on how to access my unit. I would recommend them to anyone needing storage space.

This company finds every way to charge you more. But, it's not the staff, it's the process in-place. Extra fees for insurance that is mandatory. That's an extra $16 per month. Extra fees of $8 to pay your payment online, if you can't go to the office in-person. Sure, they offer an auto-pay option where there is no fee. But, that forces you into making that choice, it's not an option. Interestingly enough, they call it a "convenience fee." ... there is nothing convenient about it! Convenient, would be for them to not charge anything at all to make a credit card payment online or by phone.But, it's not just the extra mandatory fees. It's the way they suck you in when they know you are in a time of need. Sure, you're paying for a service and to use their property. But, they also know that once they get you sucked in, they can start taking advantage of you. Rent one unit... great. They'll give you a first time customer discount. Need another unit? No discount. Just a whopping monthly rent charge!!! So much for customer loyalty and keeping business in their direction. What I'd like to have seen, is... getting the same introductory discount (which really isn't a discount) applied across the board. No artificially raised rates and promo offers, etc. Just a decent, above board, charge for services rendered. ... definitely would not recommend CubeSmart to anyone... ever!!!

I liked it except the price hike

You raised the rent - significantly - after I had only been there a few months because you thought I wouldn't move. You also charge $5 to make an online payment. Robbery.

Perfect place to temporarily store my furniture. The store manager was phenomenal, always available to help and answer questions. Will be using again if I need to!
