There was mouse feces and urine in my unit which I cleaned out myself and reported. Then, the next time I went in to my unit the mouse feces and urine was there again. I reported it to the store manager both times and received no response. Also, there was no discount given or really any care about the situation.

Good crew. But building maintenance isn't good, and the price rather high.

Price went up 35 percent after only 4 months. Also it was an outside storage space that was impossible to hook up the trailer to my truck due to the lack of appropriate width of area in front of space. They were not planned parking spaces for trailers but an area behind a building not designed for trailer parkingThey really misrepresented the space and then charge an expense rate that they raised substantially after 4 months

I have been with CubeSmart for several years, and the process was always seamless, and the staff very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

Well run, good staff, clean, hallways well lit. Carts available--some better than others, but at least they had them. Really liked that they had supplies and locks available on site for purchase...a real plus.
