At the Warrenville location, the location of the access key pad to get in is not great. It's on a steep incline. The location of the access key pad to exit the storage facility is also less than ideal. It's on the left side of the road which I realize it has to be for drivers to reach it out of their car, but a sensor to open the gate upon exit would make more sense. Service was good and cheaper than other storage facilities in the area.

Inside the area I rented has unprotected mice poison.This shows the unit is a mouse issue. And not boxing the poison shows unsanitary methods.Other than that it’s convenient for me. Fair prices and decent location.
