Great customer service and clean units

Your manager was a very kind and understanding person, storage unit was clean, the gate and code always worked.

CubeSmart was larger, closer and cheaper than my previous Public Storage unit. The employees Alex and Cheryl were especially friendly and helpful.Alex was out of the office when I first stopped by, but she came quickly and apologized for my wait. Cheryl gave me thorough information about the lease and the unit, and she even came by to check on me as I was unloading the truck with my son. Very personal service!

Appreciate 24 hour access and close unit close

You raised the price for no reason, to a point where I could not afford to rent. The establishment has no onsite management and there was no improvements to the property. You have no reason to charge that amount for that small space

Easy to set up, place is well maintained. Easy to get a hold of staff and all have been helpful. Regularly seen staff at site checking up. Prices are better than some places and nicer than the cheaper ones. Love that every unit is drive up, no floors or stairs.

Gate codes were easy to remember and use. Storage unit was a good size and liked the convenience of the bag with a lock, etc. in it.

The stoeage space was clean and secure. I had easy access to my belongings when I needed to get something out. The price I paid for the large space I had 10' x 30' reareasonable

Easy application, code was sent after application was approved, Space was clean and empty, They provided a gift bag that included a lock. That was a very nice touch!

Just moved in and everything went very smoothly.
