I am a former tenant who recently vacated your facility, and I am writing to formally document the deeply concerning conditions and conduct I witnessed during my tenancy.I want to be direct: the state of your facility is unacceptable on multiple levels.First, your facility had an active rodent and vermin infestation. This is not a minor maintenance issue — it is a serious health and safety violation that endangers every tenant's stored property. Furniture, documents, electronics, clothing, and valuables are all at risk in these conditions. You have a fundamental obligation to maintain a clean, pest-free environment. You failed to meet that standard.Second, and more seriously, I observed what appeared to be individuals living inside the storage units on your property. If accurate, this represents a significant violation of local zoning, health, and safety codes — and raises serious questions about what your management was aware of and permitted to occur on your premises.Beyond both of these issues, my direct interactions with your management staff were unprofessional and lacked basic transparency and accountability.I am bringing these matters to your attention directly and in writing before taking further steps. Be advised that:1. The pest infestation may constitute a reportable health and safety code violation.2. Human occupancy of non-residential storage units is likely a violation of local housing and zoning ordinances and may warrant a report to the appropriate municipal authorities.3. Any damage to my property resulting from these conditions may give rise to legal liability on your part.4. Booking, move in and move out were smooth. I had a brand new kitchen pantry in the unit. It was moved to my new place and when opened there were baby rats inside. I ended up having the movers throw it away.

I’ve had nothing but challenges when trying to utilize your storage facilities. Hidden fees, unnecessary fees, rude staff, and uninformed online staff were some of the issues. On top of the limited time constraints. Having to look for Dollie’s and carts during the evening hours is a nightmare. I will never use CubeSmart again.

Over charge

Because you have over charged me o a small storage. My sister has a large storage and i paid $199.28 for a small storage and it was entirley to much. So. No i would not recommend anyone to Cube Smart storage
