Your monthly rent increased every year, basically penalizing long term renters with no recourse for appeal. It became outrageous.The location at which I stored always had AT LEAST one nonfunctional door. When I moved out, two of the bay doors were nonfunctional and had been for MONTHS.During my tenure, there were long periods of time when carts were unavailable or of such poor quality as to be almost unuseable.In general, I think the location was poorly managed.I moved to a better, cleaner, more modern facility with functional doors and stronger security for 1/4 the price.I will never use ANY Cube Smart location ever again nor will I recommend doing so to anyone I like. I will relay this exact feedback to anyone who asks me.

This has been the worse experience I've encountered with a storage unit.1. I am in the cold for 20 minutes attempting to wait for a vehicle to leave unpacking lane, due to all of the garages being "Out of Service". Only 1 garage door works.2. My code for the elevator didn't work and the attendant had to provide me a temp code in order to use the elevator.3. My wife and I get stuck on the elevator. Doors won't open.4. The light in front of my storage unit went out so now at night time, we have to use the flash lights on our cellular device.This has just been the worst experience ever.
