2 hours trying to access the rented unit was unsuccessful. No one on duty. No access to the basement where the unit was located. One bay open. 4 out of order. Elevators out of order. Worst experience ever.

The facility is poorly maintained, and the service is poor. There were doors out of order when I first rented my unit. Over two years later they were still not fixed. From the moment I began my rental through the work I had to do to end my contract, customer service was generally poor. I would not rent from CubeSmart again.
